How To Make Boom Bap Drum Patterns
Welcome to my new vlog called How To Make Boom Bap Drum Patterns. In this blog I will show you step by step on how to make a boom bap beat pattern.
What Software Did You Use To Make This Boom Bap Beat?
I made this boom bap hip hop beat in Cubase 7.5. This is an older version of Cubase. The newest version of Cubase has a lot more features.
I used Cubase's MPC style like virtual instrument called Halion Sonic SE4 as my sound module.
On the midi insert i added a midi plugin by Cubase called Beat Designer.
It is a step sequencer similar to FL Studio.
I also added a midi plugin called quantizer. Watch the video to see how this fantastic plugin works.
